RingCentral Fax Helps Colorado Business Owner Maintain Professional Image

Maintaining a professional image is key for small to medium-sized business (SMB) owners and managers. In fact, it’s fair to say that this business aspect is vital for success. One person who definitely follows the “professional” credo is Rick Stillman, owner of Denver, Colorado-based real estate company e-Link Appraisals.


“Image is everything in business,” Stillman said in a new case study from online communications suite provider RingCentral (News - Alert). “The only things I can sell are my experience, my skills and my professionalism.”
 
In the case study, Stillman explained how RingCentral Fax helped him utilize the advantages of fax without, for lack of a better phrase, losing face. Before deciding to go with RingCentral Fax, Stillman found that using fax was hurting his image even though it served a very important function in his business.
 
 “I live by faxes,” Stillman said in the case study. “But from a cost point of view and a time point of view, I hated buying the ink cartridges and I hated waiting for them to print.”

“For image alone it’s been a huge boost to me that I didn’t even expect,” Stillman said in the case study. “The customer reaction was like ‘Wow! This guy is really doing nothing but getting better and better.’ It just adds that extra polish.”
